Common Healthy Foods 2

This is a continuation of the write-up on the topic "Common Healthy Foods 1". Here I am going to be highlighting more commonly found foods and their health benefits.

1. Apple
Apple improves the lungs capacity. It prevents constipation; protects the heart and stops diarrhea. It is also rich in some important vitamins and minerals. As they say, "One apple per day keeps away the doctor".

2. Blueberry
Blueberry fights cancer; boosts the memory; protects the heart; stabilizes blood sugar and prevents constipation.

3. Cabbage
Cabbage has some level of fibre content. It prevents constipation; protects the heart; fights cancer and stops hemorrhoids.



4. Avocados
Avocados fights diabetes; smooths the skin; lowers cholesterol; controls blood pressure and helps to prevent stroke.

5. Beans
Beans is rich in vital proteins and fibre. Beans helps hemorrhoids; stabilizes blood sugar; prevents constipation; fights cancer and lowers cholesterol.

6. Banana
Banana is rich in minerals and energy. Banana also contains some minerals that aid circulation. It prevents diarrhea; protects the heart; strengthens the bones; stops cough and controls blood pressure.

7. Carrots
Carrots are rich in vitamin A. Carrots save eye sight; fights cancer; promotes weight loss; prevents constipation and protects the heart.

8. Olive Oil
Olive oil smooths the skin; fights cancer; protects the heart; promotes weight loss and fights diabetes.

9. Yogurt
Yogurt lowers cholesterol; prevents ulcer; aids digestion; strengthens the bones and boosts immune system.

10. Water
Water aids circulation. Water also prevents dehydration; fights cancer; aids digestion; prevents constipation; fights kidney stone and promotes weight loss.
